Products
The yarn sold and supplied by Mackenzie Yarns is manufactured in the UK and consists of 100% natural wool available in 82 repeatable colours suitable for standard carpet whipping machines. The yarn cones are available to purchase in two sizes: 1 kg and 3.5 kg.
Product Quality
The yarn colour sample swatch provides a guideline for each yarn colour available. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the yarn sold adheres to the guideline colour, minor variations in colour and texture can occur due to the natural effect of the wool. Mackenzie Yarns are not liable for natural variations due to batch manufacturing.
Order Processing
Yarn orders must be placed through the Mackenzie Yarns website at www.mackenzieyarns.co.uk using the account login details provided (once your account has been successfully setup). The items listed on the website show the items that are currently in stock and available to purchase. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a VAT receipt via email.
Order Amendment & Cancellation
We aim to process all orders promptly to avoid delays. If you wish to amend or cancel an existing order, please contact us within 1 hour from the time the order is placed. It will not be possible to make amendments to the order once this time frame has passed.
Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days from the date the order is placed (Monday - Friday). Delivery time frames vary between 1 to 3 working days from the date the order is dispatched depending on region of the UK from which you are ordering. You will be sent parcel tracking details via email. If you fail to accept delivery of an order from the courier company, you will be liable for any costs occurred to reschedule the delivery.
Inspection & Notice
We ask that you inspect your yarn upon receiving your order to check for any defects. Should you wish to report any defects, please contact us within 10 working days from the date you accept delivery of your order and before the yarn has been cut or used. If you fail to report a defect within this time frame, you will be deemed to have accepted the order as sent.
